RRC Time Trials
Roland Run Club
Start: 5:00 PM
Warm-up: 4:30 PM
End: 6:30 PM
(estimated)
Time Trials are for Roland Run Stingrays ages 12 and under. Swimmers participate in every event (unlike a real meet), except for relays. New swimmers can experience the flow of a meet without any pressure. Join your teammates for a few laps, some pizza, and plenty of fun afterwards. For future meets, the team uses the "Seed Time" results to place similar swimmers together in heats. It makes competing, judging, and cheering more enjoyable. Also, it's good motivation to see progress as the season continues. |

We will talk about the Stingrays organization, how meets are structured, options for parent jobs during meets, and things to bring (for practices, Friday Family Fun, home meets, and away meets). Also, we will answer any questions you have! |
